REWIRE
Objective: Building Coaching Skills among leaders & Managers
Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, and Annie McKee identified six emotional leadership styles in their 2002 book, “Primal Leadership.” Four of these techniques (Visionary, Coaching, Affiliative, and Democratic) promote harmony and positive outcomes.
In this growth and development training program, Leaders are equipped to practice employee training and development/coaching at work and maximise the potential of team members, teams, and organizations. They build awareness around key skills needed to be an effective leaders coach – Listening, Asking Questions, Empathy, and Building Rapport & Trust.
The program includes post-program coaching support to facilitate application by participants and feedback thereby enabling evidence of positive impact on behaviours and results.

The nature and enormity of the challenge which the current leadership faces in the context of employee development are perhaps unique. The background in which such a situation has developed is one where the leadership team is under “Focus”. This in itself may create certain feelings & emotional stress among them.
Leaders & leadership, in general, is capable of addressing the challenge. However, it may require discovering / re-building resilience to bounce back. This program provides an opportunity for leaders & leadership to understand how their heart and mind works and ways to leverage the same. The program revolves around reflection and deep-dive/ into individual strengths & leveraging them to “healing” & “rebooting”.

In this program participants learn and practice communication skills to use when stakes are high, emotions are involved, and those in the conversation disagree. The high stakes conversation could range from situations of feedback to conflicts. Participants go back to new insights, practice, and tools to hold productive conversations, provide inputs and managing high stakes emotional subjects.
POWER OF INFLUENCE
Objective: Taking Task-specific approach to effective communication & performance/ Behaviour change

Research and experts have stated that influence and not authority is key to success in organizations. The program provides participants with insights and understanding of various ways to influence and appropriate use in situations to maximise impact. They learn and practice ways to build their power to influence with success. The program aims at building employee development skills to get a commitment from people to support change & challenge.
WINNING CONVERSATIONS

This is practiced with feedback from the fellow participant and facilitator. These winning conversations are needed in all parts of a professional’s life – dealer conference, Product launch, internal change management programs, performance reviews and in many more situations. Hence the program has benefits for leaders in varying roles.
