Phrenimos, in partnership with Pratham, is conducting a three-day Leadership Training program from November 24 – 26, 2017 at the BTR Resort, Srisailam Highway, on the outskirts of Hyderabad, Telangana. The ‘Heart & Mind Leadership’ program is set up with the intent of presenting an experience where one can learn and understand new ways and skills to build up his/her career.
Mr. Deepak Sawhney, a Human Potential and Experiential Expert and Founder of Phrenimos, along with Mrs. Moushumi Gupta, a Transformation Catalyst and Founder CEO of Pratham, will be there to give their views on unlocking one’s potential by connecting to the essence of his/her core being.
The Leadership Training Program details –
The existing and potential leaders will get a chance to explore their core being in a relaxed environment. It will be an “Experiential” interaction Leadership Training program emphasizing on –

During these three days, the event will focus on achieving a detailed analysis of the capability of the participants. This is achieved by making use of Human Potential Assessment Tool. The readings then obtained will span over 23 characteristics, and will tell about the over and under-showcased aspects of the participants. This will this help them unleashed their true capability.
A super interactive Leadership Training program, the session will let all those present learn about techniques to harness the positive energy and get rid of the negative emotions.
A residential type program of 3 Days & 2 Nights, the event comprises of planned, light activities and will enable the participants to gather exquisite information on the first two days and to introspect and visualize on the third day.
