Phrenimos School of Transformation is accredited by the ICF® to deliver 135+ level 2 / ACTP coach-specific training to support ACC and PCC Credentialing journey. It is designed as to ensure that the participants systematically develop the coaching mindset in addition to developing the skill of coaching.
Our program will be delivered via a specific format in the blended virtual format with right amount on focus on ICF Competencies, Coaching Practice and Imparting key skills that help you become a great coach. Key focus breakdown of our program is as below:
- Coaching Fundamentals – to equip you the basic tools, philosophy, code of ethics, Coaching best practices
- Effective Communication – to equip you with powerful questioning techniques, demonstrating ethical and ICF competencies, and use of integrated NLP techniques in coaching conversation
- Coaching Mastery – to equip you with coaching presence, use of psychometrics in coaching engagements, and finding a niche in a development area using Coaching Transformation.

Intended participants
We welcome anyone who is passionate about helping others to discover their true potential including and not limited to Senior corporate leaders, HR professionals, L&D leaders, People managers, wellness professionals, ICF professionals.
Program Requirements
Participants need to be comfortable with English as a medium of instruction. Adaptability to various modes of instruction – virtual and in person is required.
The program is delivered in a highly collaborative format hence participants must be prepared for sharing information and resources for collaborative learning.
Payment Details
The program fee needs to be paid in full at the time of registration.
Flexi payments and scholarships are available
Withdrawals and Refunds : In the event of a participant not being able to attend the workshop, we will slot him/her for an alternate workshop as per their convenience. No refunds will be made.
